Fishing Regulations

 

  • Micro barb hooks only, no bent hooks
  • No fixed leads, safety rigs only
  • No wire traces
  • Minimum 12 BS line - braid not to be used as main line
  • Maximum of 3 rods - rods never to be left unattended
  • No keep nets and sacking of fish
  • Landing nets to be a minimum size of 42 inches
  • Unhooking mats to be cushioned and able to take very large carp
  • Slings, nets, mats etc. to be dipped on arrival
  • No particle baits or shelf life bollies
  • No boats and bait boats
  • No litter, used line, bottles etc. to be left around site - please use bins provided for recycling
  • No removing of branches etc. Parking in designated areas
  • No campfires. Stoves not to be left unattended, please use barbeque areas
  • No fishing under the excessive influence of alcohol

 

Please remember that France is a beautiful place for your carp fishing holiday.

 

The countryside and wildlife around the lake should be respected and given priority at all times.
